Refund Policy

Handmade items and custom orders

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been shipped or entered the production stage. We encourage all customers to carefully review their order details before finalizing the purchase.

For personalized items, we are not responsible for any typos, spelling errors, or color changes made in the order details after the order is placed. Please double-check all customizations before submitting your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately via email or Instagram. If the item has not yet entered production, we will do our best to correct it—however, changes are not guaranteed once processing has started.

Damaged items

If you receive a damaged or incomplete order, please contact us right away. We document each order with photos before shipping to ensure quality and accuracy. In the case of a claim, please email us with clear photos of the damaged item(s) and the original packaging. We will review each case individually, and if appropriate, a refund or replacement will be issued at our discretion.
